The William H. Shreve Memorial Scholarship Fund will benefit deserving members from Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley who participated in the Youth of the Year program. The Youth of the Year program is Boys & Girls Clubs signature effort to foster a new generation of leaders, fully prepared to live and lead in a diverse, global and integrated world economy.
