General Membership (1st grade and up)

This is the yearly membership application for the Aliso Viejo Branch, Via Positiva Branch (San Juan Capistrano), and the Rancho Santa Margarita Branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley. If you have multiple children, you will need purchase each one separately. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Branch Director.

*Pre-K & Kinder do not need to pay for yearly membership. We only offer Pre-K & Kinder programs during the Summer Camp at the Via Positiva Branch. Please call 949-542-4495 for more information.
