Teen Yearly Membership Application 2025-2026
General Teen Membership (Ages 13 & Older)

Valid from July 1, 2025 and expires June 30, 2026
A yearly membership for youth ages 13 and older is available for the Aliso Viejo Branch, Via Positiva Branch (San Juan Capistrano), Rancho Santa Margarita Branch at the Bell Tower (Summer of 2025 only), Rancho Mission Viejo, and RSM Intermediate School site of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley. If you have multiple children, you will need to purchase a membership for each child separately.
